Corporate Account Manager – B2B Communications

About the role

Edelman is seeking a driven Account Manager (or Assistant Account Manager, depending on experience) to lead day‑to‑day communications for a portfolio of B2B retainer clients across technology, financial services and energy. The role blends client relationship management, project oversight and team coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily client communications, ensuring clarity, responsiveness and strong relationship management.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables with a focus on quality, accuracy and consistency under pressure.
• Support B2B clients in media relations, content development, executive communications, thought leadership and campaign execution.
• Translate complex or technical client topics into clear, audience‑relevant narratives and actionable workstreams.
• Coach and manage a small team, fostering growth, accountability and teamwork.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying agile as priorities shift.
• Contribute strategic ideas, problem‑solving and recommendations to strengthen client visibility and credibility in Taiwan.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, communications or marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Startup mindset – agile, solutions‑driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Confident presenter and clear communicator, both internally and externally.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and ability to lead junior staff.
• Adaptable, resourceful and composed under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong English and Chinese writing and speaking skills for professional documentation.
