Team Lead – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead to support supervisors in accelerating manufacturing output at our Kaohsiung facility. The role focuses on achieving production targets such as linear output, reduced inventory, shorter cycle times and improved yield.

Key responsibilities

• Assist supervisors in expediting product flow and meeting daily production goals.
• Monitor and drive initiatives to lower inventory levels and cycle times.
• Implement yield improvement actions and ensure accurate operator working hours.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor or electronic components.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of production planning and inventory control.
• Familiarity with yield improvement methodologies.
