About the role

The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads day‑to‑day manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, delivery, safety and productivity targets. This hands‑on leader drives execution excellence, workforce management and continuous improvement across assigned production areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations, execute production plans, monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Drive productivity, yield, efficiency and throughput improvements using Lean tools and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, support root‑cause investigations, and partner with Engineering and Quality to improve process performance.
• Maintain EHS compliance, lead 5S and workplace organization, and mitigate safety risks.
• Coach production supervisors, technicians and operators, manage performance and develop workforce skills.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality on NPI, ramp‑up and improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with 3–5 years of people‑leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of improving productivity, yield, quality and operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, manpower planning and manufacturing execution.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, OEE and structured problem‑solving.
• Effective leadership, coaching and team‑development skills; fluent English communication.
• Preferred experience in semiconductor, filtration, contamination control or advanced manufacturing.
