Senior Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Equipment Service & Maintenance team seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to plan, execute, and document maintenance processes, analyze technical problems on site, and support equipment readiness for production.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute assigned maintenance processes, ensuring completion and proper documentation.
• Analyze technical problems on site and perform maintenance procedures or repairs according to plan.
• Oversee or execute ramp‑up, set‑up and start‑up procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operation.
• Contribute to installation projects on site and support accountable Industrial Engineers.
• Maintain technical documentation of processes and equipment.
• Identify and resolve single failures, incidents and malfunctions, carrying out set‑up procedures.
• Ensure functional readiness of systems, devices or technologies across IT, production and facilities.
• Provide first‑level application‑related customer service for a defined small scope of applications.
• Clarify issues with stakeholders, plan work for maintenance and repair assignments.
• Coordinate own work and, when needed, the work of external service providers.
