About the role
As an HSE Specialist at ABB you will contribute to improving Health, Safety and Environment performance on the TSMC construction site. You will apply in‑depth HSE knowledge to support the business, ensure compliance with ABB policies and promote a high‑performance safety culture.
Key responsibilities
- Report HSE incidents to management and relevant stakeholders and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Facilitate and guide incident investigations to identify root causes and mitigate future risks.
- Provide feedback and lessons learned to employees and management across the unit and ABB worldwide.
- Support and drive behavioural change by implementing group‑wide and business‑specific HSE improvement programs.
