Field Service Representative – Taiwan

About the role

The Taiwan Field Service Representative will provide on‑site operational, technical and customer support for Shield AI’s V‑BAT unmanned aircraft system. This role serves as the primary interface between Shield AI and its customers, ensuring safe flight operations and mission success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site operational, technical and customer support for the V‑BAT unmanned aircraft system in Taiwan.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Fleet Support, Program Management, Security and Deployed Operations to ensure safe flight operations and mission success.
• Deliver customer training, mentor operators and maintainers, and assist with training events.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of V‑BAT aircraft to ensure operational readiness.

• Highly motivated individual capable of working independently in a dynamic international environment.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism representing Shield AI values.
• Ability to mentor and train customers on safe operation of UAV systems.
