Sustainable Manufacturing Water Program Manager

About the role

The Sustainable Manufacturing Water Program Manager drives NXP's water recycling and stewardship strategy across manufacturing sites. This role coordinates with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to meet corporate sustainability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the water recycling and stewardship roadmap, developing processes, training, reports and analytics.
• Lead technical project reviews and ensure alignment of water‑related projects across sites.
• Develop and deploy site water‑balance and metering strategies.
• Support corporate performance models and provide accurate forecasting for water projects.
• Standardize CapEx reporting for water initiatives and maintain ESG records.
• Coordinate wastewater management and reuse with Operations, Facilities and Engineering.
• Oversee data accuracy, audit processes and regulatory compliance.
• Represent NXP in industry consortia and water‑stewardship forums.
• Research emerging water technologies, engage suppliers and develop risk mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 12 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven program or project leadership experience; PMP certification preferred.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and executive communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.
