Supply Planner – US Hand Tools (HMT)

About the role

Join the US Hand Tools (HMT) Supply Planning team in Taichung, Taiwan. You will be responsible for managing finished‑goods replenishment, optimizing inventory, and ensuring high service levels across the U.S. distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finished‑goods replenishment planning and execute inventory strategies to meet targeted inventory turns while maintaining high service levels.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve fulfillment performance.
• Monitor planning performance, identify gaps, and drive on‑time delivery through risk mitigation and expediting.
• Optimize inventory deployment across U.S. distribution centers to support efficient product flow.
• Evaluate capacity requirements for new product introductions, sourcing transitions, and promotions.
• Utilize supply planning systems (JDA, SAP) and tools (Excel, Power BI) to maintain accurate parameters and safety stock.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Order Management, Transportation, and Distribution Center teams to resolve supply‑demand imbalances.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and inventory management.
• Advanced proficiency in supply planning systems and data analysis (JDA, SAP, Excel, Power BI).
• Effective project management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain; CPIM preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant supply chain experience.
