In-Fab MIMO Capacity Planner

About the role

The In-Fab MIMO Capacity Planner supports daily material flow within the fab, ensuring that machines and supplies are moved efficiently and on schedule. You will work closely with internal teams and external riggers, using layout simulations and data analysis to optimise space and improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily move‑in and move‑out of materials and coordinate with third‑party riggers.
• Simulate fab layouts and evaluate space demand to secure machine and material movements.
• Arrange EMO and priority material deliveries, returns, and pre‑install sets.
• Develop machine system and RETM schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive operational improvements through data analysis and tracking of pending items.

Required profile

• BSc in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Limited experience with operational planning processes, tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently while understanding impact on related processes.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across Taiwan (Hsinchu, Kaohsiung, Tainan).
• Experience in a multicultural work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel for data sorting and analysis.
