职位概况
我们正在寻找一位资深后端工程师，加入 SRS 2.0 产品团队，负责构建高可用、可扩展的次世代后端架构，为前端与 AI 应用提供强大支撑。
主要职责
- 设计并开发核心后端服务，包括文件管理、数据连动与工作流程引擎。
- 基于 MongoDB 实现数据模型与 Link Graph，确保复杂关系的一致性与查询性能。
- 构建 Event‑driven 架构，支撑稽核轨迹、影响性分析等关键业务需求。
- 与前端、AI、平台团队协作，规划高可用、零停机的系统部署策略。
任职要求
- 3 年以上 C#/.NET 或 Node.js 后端开发经验，熟悉微服务架构。
- 1 年以上 MongoDB 或其他 NoSQL 数据库设计实务，掌握 Schema 设计、索引优化与 Aggregation。
- 了解分布式系统的数据一致性、事务控制等关键议题。
- 具备 Docker/Kubernetes 或 Kafka、RabbitMQ 等消息队列经验者优先。
