Sr. Professional Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and focused sales representative to join our dynamic Oncology Business Unit in Kaohsiung. The role supports healthcare professionals, helping to save lives and address unmet medical needs in oncology and gynecological/head & neck cancer therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Scientifically engage with healthcare professionals using product and therapeutic area knowledge.
• Drive product adoption through effective communication and influencing skills.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships with regular engagement and exceptional service.
• Collect, analyze and share market insights with cross‑functional teams to maximize business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver impact and achieve company aspirations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and support ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in gynecological and head & neck cancer.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Basic English proficiency and good interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI (a plus).
