Manager I, Vision Care Account Management

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Manager I to lead Vision Care account management, focusing on achieving sales targets with key account and modern trade customers in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies including pricing, shelf positioning, promotion, and contract negotiation based on customer segmentation.
• Manage GTN (Gross to Net) processes, negotiate contracts, and oversee pricing and merchandising plans with chain store headquarters.
• Grow market share of key brands by aligning sales strategies and providing business intelligence analysis.
• Ensure promotion and merchandising execution by third‑party partners and control GTN within budget to maximize sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of key account management experience, preferably in a multinational FMCG environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to analyze complex data and apply economic concepts.
