Specialist, Operations Training

About the role

The Entegris manufacturing site in Kaohsiung is looking for an Operations Training Specialist to lead production line certification, new‑hire onboarding, and LMS‑based training management. You will ensure the direct‑labor workforce has the skills, knowledge, and certifications needed to operate safely, maintain quality, and drive productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute direct‑labor operator certification programs, including on‑the‑job training, skill‑matrix tracking, and recertification.
• Coordinate with subject‑matter experts and production teams to conduct certification and qualification processes, monitoring validity and expiry.
• Organize and deliver onboarding training covering manufacturing fundamentals and LMS usage for new hires.
• Maintain training content and records in the LMS, ensuring assignments match roles and job requirements.
• Drive digitalization of training workflows, support Power BI dashboards, and optimize systems for efficiency.
• Develop and deliver internal training courses and interactive e‑learning materials using authoring tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations training, or a production environment.
• Hands‑on experience with direct‑labor training, on‑the‑job certification, and shop‑floor execution.
• Proven ability to deliver classroom and hands‑on training as an internal trainer.
• Strong communication, cross‑functional coordination, and self‑motivation.
