Manufacturing Line Manager

About the role

Lead Chip Sort and Test & Repair (T&R) manufacturing operations to meet business objectives through capacity management, productivity enhancement, and strong organizational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross‑functional manufacturing organization of 70‑80 employees across Process, Equipment, and Production teams.
• Drive SQCDP performance and operational excellence through cross‑functional collaboration and disciplined execution.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives using GEMBA, SGA, Lean Manufacturing, and PDCA to boost productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, IE and Global User Groups to ensure production stability, rapid issue resolution and successful NPI implementation.
• Develop talent through succession planning, employee engagement and leadership coaching.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Broad management experience in Chip Sort, T&R, Assembly or related semiconductor operations.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence, productivity improvement and capacity optimisation.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Good command of English.
