Specialist, Commercial Customer Care

About the role

Schneider Electric is looking for a Specialist in Commercial Customer Care to serve as the first point of contact for customers in the assigned country. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure a smooth experience across sales, logistics, and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support via phone, email, chat and web tickets for sales‑related questions.
• Enter, modify and track customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and technical teams to resolve order, delivery and product quality issues.
• Manage customer requests such as purchase orders, credit notes, warranty claims and complaints.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal contacts and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and contribute to knowledge‑base resources.

Required profile

• Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, procurement and logistics teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems for order entry and management.
