Key Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits.
• Develop key accounts through product knowledge, market insights, and service.
• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit required project documents according to standards.
• Support the sales team in resolving key customer issues.
• Track and manage project progress.

Required profile

• 4+ years of direct B2B sales experience; mechanical or engineering product sales is a plus.
• Experience in general contractors, project management, or related industries is preferred.
• Proactive, independent, and results‑oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using CRM to manage and develop customer accounts.
• Valid driving license, comfortable driving for business visits, and willing to work on construction sites.
