Sourcing Manager

About the role

Fairphone is looking for a proactive Sourcing Manager to shape its supplier landscape and drive growth. You will be at the heart of product creation, working closely with ODMs and component manufacturers to ensure competitive, sustainable electronics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a mid‑to‑long‑term supplier roadmap for selected categories.
• Select, negotiate and manage partnerships with ODMs and component makers.
• Act as the Supplier Key Account Manager, coordinating reviews with internal teams and C‑level stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, assess risks such as supply shortages, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, including crisis management and fast‑track escalations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams to align supplier performance with customer experience and margin goals.
