Product Supply Specialist – Customization Operations

About the role

You will support the growth of the Taiwan market by planning and executing product customization initiatives such as promotional packs, secondary packaging, and relabeling. The role bridges internal teams and third‑party logistics partners to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of market‑specific solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to customization planning for new initiatives, promotional packs, relabeling, and secondary packaging for Taiwan.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to manage timelines, capacity, and execution readiness.
• Assist in packaging material procurement, monitor inventory levels, and adjust plans based on volume changes and supply risks.
• Maintain and operate SAP for planning, forecasting, and supply readiness, providing support to brands and cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in process optimisation, cost verification, and billing management.
• Develop and implement customised solutions, track their effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, patience, and ownership of daily operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with vendors, 3PLs, and multi‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work with systems, data, and operational details.
• Project management, operation, or supply‑planning experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including VLOOKUP and basic data processing).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with digital or data‑processing tools.
