职位概况
负责以 SoC 为核心的硬件电路设计，涵盖高速存储器、光学接口、铜连接及电源设计，确保高速信号完整性与稳健供电，推动产品从设计到验证上线。
主要职责
- SoC 核心电路设计，包括周边电路、时钟、复位及接口的 bring‑up 与整合。
- 高速存储器（DDR）PHY 设计、memory training 与信号完整性分析。
- 光学接口（Fiber / SFP / QSFP）设计、SerDes、CDR 及光收发器整合。
- 铜连接（PCIe 等高速铜介面、backplane、connector）设计。
- 电源架构设计、VRM、PMIC、负载分析与热管理。
- 信号/电源完整性分析、layout 指导、板级验证与调试。
- 跨部门协作，与 EE、机械、固件及供应商沟通，推动项目落地。

必备技能
