Site Quality Lead

About the role

This on‑site position is responsible for executing and reporting quality activities at the factory level. The Site Quality Lead ensures accurate reporting, validates corrective actions, and collaborates across functions to raise quality performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of quality reports, including detailed problem descriptions, SAP damage code selection, and customer impact assessment.
• Drive site quality objectives, monitor progress against targets, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Lead problem‑statement creation, root‑cause analysis (5‑Why, Ishikawa/Fishbone) and corrective‑action effectiveness validation.
• Analyze quality data to spot trends, identify gaps, and initiate improvement actions.
• Partner with site teams and stakeholders to resolve high‑priority customer concerns and close performance gaps.
• Maintain up‑to‑date 8D documentation and communicate changes in customer impact.
• Promote process improvements, share best‑known methods, and use escalation procedures for non‑compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 4+ years in the semiconductor industry or quality management, or 10+ years in quality‑related roles outside the semiconductor sector.
• Strong independent work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Power BI (or similar business‑intelligence tools).
• Familiarity with SQN or equivalent quality/data management systems.
• Knowledge of SAP for damage‑code selection and related quality processes.
