Site Manager – Micron Account (M4)

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Micron Account Site Manager (M4) to lead the Taichung site supporting Micron’s semiconductor equipment. The role combines operational leadership, customer partnership, and technical guidance across multiple service modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall site operations, including customer satisfaction, P&L ownership and budget management for the Micron account.
• Act as the primary interface with Micron, ensuring alignment with both Micron expectations and Applied Materials’ vision and values.
• Develop and deliver high‑value service solutions, responding quickly to technical customer needs.
• Build and maintain a capable workforce, focusing on employee development and engagement.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to design strategies that address customer challenges and meet organizational goals.
• Define, monitor and report site‑level performance metrics against business‑unit and account targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in semiconductor field service, preferably with multi‑site operations.
• At least 5 years of people‑management experience, leading multi‑layered teams.
• Prior experience working with Micron is a plus.
• Strong customer‑relationship skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English and Chinese communication.

Required skills

• Technical expertise in any module such as PVD, CVD, ETCH, FEP, CMP, IMP.
