Product PQA Engineer – Semiconductor Quality Assurance

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Product PQA Engineer to join its Taiwan engineering team. You will work with world‑class professionals on innovative memory and storage projects, ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with FAB PI, Process Engineering, and ME teams to achieve critical product targets.
• Drive fab quality improvements to increase repair density and product‑grade yield.
• Work with Product Engineering to optimize downgrade strategies.
• Monitor fab activities and identify probe indicators for process enhancements.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality‑assurance processes for flawless product performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in product quality assurance within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Experience with fab processes, quality‑improvement methodologies, and statistical analysis tools.
