Service Engineer

About the role

The Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' equipment through on‑site installation, start‑up, maintenance and technical support. Working closely with headquarters teams, the role focuses on delivering proactive, customer‑focused services and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and execute the installation and start‑up of new equipment at client sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues both on‑site and remotely, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Repair or replace faulty components, manage warranty claims, and coordinate with global teams to secure parts.
• Provide technical guidance, answer customer queries, and deliver operator training on maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate work orders, service reports, and generate required documentation.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently at customer locations.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various client sites.
• Experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role.
