Senior Specialist – Clinical Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Specialist will lead and coordinate clinical service projects that involve patient samples, laboratory operations, and multiple cross‑functional stakeholders. You will ensure projects progress from study initiation through sample collection, testing, data delivery, and closure while meeting regulatory and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects, driving them from initiation to successful completion and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate communication with external partners (investigators, hospitals, sponsors) and internal teams (sales, lab, QA, legal) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks early, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary with clear action plans.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and scope definitions, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, privacy regulations, and laboratory requirements.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and continuously improve workflows, reporting tools, and process visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of project management experience, preferably supporting clinical research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate across regions.
