Clinical Research Associate Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Clinical Research Associate Intern to support our Clinical Operations team. The role offers hands‑on exposure to the contract research organization (CRO) environment and includes structured training throughout the internship.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Operation Assistant (COA) with administrative and operational tasks.
• Participate in training sessions to develop a solid understanding of the CRO industry and clinical trial processes.

Required profile

• New graduate with a recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Science.
• Passionate about learning and possesses a good understanding of the CRO and pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and new‑drug development (preferred).
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and related coursework (preferred).
• Demonstrates strong problem‑solving abilities and a sense of urgency in completing tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
