Senior Recruiter

About the role

Coupang is expanding its operations in Taiwan and is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its growing business. The role partners closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, anticipate growth, and design recruitment strategies that support the company’s expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source and recruit top talent across all business functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and meet competitive hiring targets.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates.
• Continuously refine recruiting strategies in partnership with the recruiting team and hiring managers.
• Stay current with job boards, social networks, and talent platforms to attract high‑impact candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on recruitment experience.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and persuasion skills.
• Experience with various hiring models, including bulk hiring and leadership programs.
• Analytical, creative and data‑driven approach to recruitment.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
