Recruiter (Taipei)

About the role

You will own the delivery of exceptional talent to the firm, acting as an ambassador for the organization throughout the candidate journey. Based in Taipei as part of the Greater China recruiting team, you will collaborate with internal clients to understand talent needs and lead end‑to‑end assessment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Build trust‑based relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfil talent requirements.
• Manage the full candidate life‑cycle, from sourcing through assessment to offer.
• Utilise a mix of attraction events, direct sourcing and referrals to generate candidate pipelines.
• Provide individualized attention to candidates, ensuring a supportive interview experience.
• Lead or contribute to recruiting projects and broader initiatives across Greater China.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional‑services environments.
• Strong knowledge of assessment methodologies, local talent market and sourcing channels.
• Excellent organisational capabilities and ability to coordinate multiple tasks independently.
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to lead when needed.
• Data‑driven decision‑making skills and ability to produce work‑product outputs such as PowerPoint decks and Excel models.
• Proven ability to build relationships with candidates, consultants and recruiting colleagues.
• Initiative, sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and strong time‑management under pressure.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
