Senior Market Manager – Taiwan

About the role

Trip.com Group is seeking a Senior Market Manager to lead its Taiwan market operations. You will build and guide a team of Market Managers and Executives, shaping commercial strategy and strengthening partner relationships to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of Market Managers and Executives, providing coaching, performance reviews and regular feedback.
• Diagnose partner business needs and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, Supply and Site Optimization teams.
• Use Trip.com’s big‑data insights to create commercial plans that maximize accommodation availability, pricing and content.
• Deliver quarterly commercial strategies, monitor targets and report market insights, competitor information and product issues to HQ.
• Serve as the primary contact for key partners, nurturing long‑lasting relationships and negotiating contract renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 8 years of experience in OTA, TMC, hospitality, e‑commerce or consulting with a proven track record.
• Strong problem‑solving, coaching, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Highly collaborative, able to navigate complex matrixed organisations.
• Result‑oriented, data‑driven and comfortable with analytical work.
