Customer Account Manager – Landing Gear Exchange (Asia)

About the role

Boeing Global Services is seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager (non‑management) to lead the Landing Gear Exchange Program for customers in Asia. The CAM will be the primary regional focal point, ensuring program health, on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the customer focal point for the Landing Gear Exchange Program across Beijing, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Shanghai, Wuhan or Taiwan.
• Execute day‑to‑day operational activities, monitor program KPIs such as on‑time delivery, quality and service levels.
• Communicate program health to leadership and coordinate regular cadence meetings with customers.
• Lead contract execution, negotiate terms and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Partner with supply‑chain, engineering and supplier management teams to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks.
• Support the program leader in developing pro‑forma terms, cost targets and cash forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience supporting an integrated program team.
• At least 3 years in a customer‑facing role within the aviation industry.
• Direct experience dealing with external customers or suppliers in challenging situations.
• Proven ability to present to executive leadership and handle escalations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; Cantonese is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to travel globally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using data‑analytics platforms such as Tableau or Spotfire.
• Knowledge of aftermarket aerospace component exchange programs.
