Senior Manager, Field Sales – Taiwan

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Field Sales to lead a frontline sales team and accelerate merchant acquisition growth across Taiwan. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on sales execution, focusing on restaurants, beverage shops, and other merchant segments.

Key responsibilities

• Direct monthly and quarterly sales execution to meet acquisition, activation, and productivity targets, using data analytics and market insights.
• Design and implement territory‑level sales strategies, including market prioritisation, lead generation, prospecting, and competitor response.
• Coach and develop sales representatives through 1:1 sessions, field accompaniment, and pipeline reviews, enhancing skills in planning, pitching, negotiation, and objection handling.
• Enforce disciplined sales processes, maintain CRM data integrity, and ensure compliance with commercial and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Marketplace, and Finance to remove operational bottlenecks and improve overall sales effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B, field, or merchant acquisition sales experience, with at least 2 years in a frontline people‑management role.
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong pipeline management and territory‑planning expertise.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to turn metrics and competitor insights into actionable strategies.
• Willingness to participate in high‑stakes customer visits alongside the team.
• Fluent Mandarin; business‑level English preferred.
