Senior Management Assistant – Sales (Hsinchu)

About the role

ASML is seeking a Senior Management Assistant to support the Executive meetings and the sales management team in Taiwan. The role provides comprehensive administrative and project support, ensuring smooth operations across the sales function.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule executive meetings, agendas, and events.
• Prepare and manage documents, files, and travel arrangements, including expense reporting.
• Handle cross‑departmental projects and functional coordination beyond the sales domain.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, guests, and partners, arranging visits and calls.
• Maintain close communication with internal and external cooperation partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5‑7 years of relevant experience.
• Native Chinese speaker with high proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Experience as a PA/EA to a General Manager or Executive is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
