Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead the legal function for our commercial and IT operations. The role involves providing strategic legal advice, managing contract lifecycles, and supporting various business units across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for information technology products and services.
• Support sales and procurement teams by assessing and mitigating contractual risks.
• Advise internal business clients on IT product/service matters, OEM/ODM arrangements, and supply‑chain issues.
• Provide guidance to Human Resources on employment relations and labor law compliance.
• Collaborate with external counsel and internal legal experts across all affiliates.
• Handle additional legal matters as assigned by senior management.
