About the role
We are looking for a Senior Legal Manager to lead the legal function for our Neihu office. The role involves overseeing commercial contracts, major investment projects, and dispute management, providing legal support across business units and overseas sites.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate and assess legal risks of commercial contracts.
- Independently conduct legal assessments, transaction structuring and risk management for major investments, M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and overseas site establishment.
- Provide legal advice and practical solutions to business units to support operations while mitigating risks.
- Coordinate cross‑functional matters with domestic and overseas units, delivering timely, commercially viable legal support.
- Manage major disputes, customer complaints, breach of contract, claims, litigation, arbitration and external counsel, monitoring case progress, costs and risks.
- Advise on personal data protection and labor law issues and report significant legal risks and case updates to supervisors.
