Senior Key Account Manager – North Region

About the role

The Senior Key Account Manager for the North region will lead strategic tender bidding and price negotiations across all channels, ensuring maximum profitability for our pharmaceutical portfolio. You will act as the central hub for pricing strategy, collaborating with field teams and matrix organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tender bidding and price negotiation strategies for public and private hospitals.
• Monitor market pricing and conduct field research to keep our pricing competitive.
• Coordinate the implementation of new pricing strategies and ensure high-price application.
• Serve as the primary liaison with key decision-makers and manage BNHI-related policies.
• Participate in industry committees and represent the company’s position.
• Maintain strong coordination with the field force and matrix organisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in pharmacy, medical science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Key Account Manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
• Over 8 years experience in sales, marketing or account management covering both public and private hospitals; experience with Gx/Biosimilar price negotiation is a plus.
• Professional negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently; proven experience managing medical-center accounts in the central area.
• Strong Excel planning capabilities.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking).
