Senior HRM Manager (Taoyuan)

About the role

Coupang is expanding in Taiwan and is looking for a Senior HRM Manager in Taoyuan. The role oversees HQ HRM operations and ensures global consistency in HR systems, acting as a bridge between leadership and execution. It covers core HR processes including payroll, compensation and benefits, and Workday, and provides data-driven insights to keep HR efficient and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the HQ HRM team's operations and coordinate tasks across departments for continuous improvement
• Implement company-wide HR strategies with Strategy and Planning teams
• Maintain consistency in HR processes across all business locations
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration and the smooth execution of HR policies
• Report regularly to senior management on HR operations, payroll accuracy and process optimization
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, oversee training, attendance and HR system data accuracy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of total HR experience focused on HRM operations
• 5+ years in a people management role leading and developing HR teams
• Ability to solve complex problems through strategic thinking and cross-functional partnerships
• Strong drive to meet operational targets and ensure organizational compliance
• Preferred: general understanding of finance, legal, logistics and tech; experience leading large-scale HR system implementations or process optimization projects; ability to work in a fast-paced or start-up environment; excellent communication with senior leadership
