職位概述
Coupang 正在尋找資深人力資源流程自動化專員，負責 HR 流程標準化、自動化及資料品質管理，透過流程優化、系統改善及數據治理提升 HR 營運效率、準確性及組織生產力。該職位隸屬於 Planning & System Team，直接向主管匯報，並作為 HQ HRM 流程改善與自動化的重要推動者。
主要職責
- 分析並優化 HR 流程，建立標準化作業模式
- 規劃並推動 HR 流程改善與自動化專案，提升營運效率及資料準確性
- 改善薪資、出勤、招募等核心 HR 流程
- 主導跨部門 HR 改善專案，推動 HQ 與 Site 作業模式標準化
- 建立儀表板與 KPI 監控機制
任职要求
- 5 年以上招募、人力資源或流程改善相關領域經驗
- 熟悉 HRIS、薪資、出勤及招募流程
- 具備數據分析、問題解決能力及專案管理經驗
- 優先考慮具流程改善、精益或持續改善經驗，以及大型營運組織或共享服務中心經驗者
必備技能
- Excel、Power BI、Python
- 優先：Process Improvement、Lean、Power Automate、SQL、AI 工具
