Senior Frontend Engineer (React/Next.js)

About the role

We are building a next‑generation, AI‑ready web platform to power personalization, experimentation and scalable commerce experiences. As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will own the technical direction of the frontend, shaping architecture and leveraging AI tools to boost development speed and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high‑performance frontend systems using React and Next.js.
• Integrate AI‑driven tools into the development workflow to improve code quality and velocity.
• Lead technical decisions for experimentation, personalization and headless CMS integration.
• Drive innovation in frontend architecture and engineering best practices.
• Own complex projects end‑to‑end, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of frontend development experience, primarily with React and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of scalable architecture and performance optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable taking ownership and driving technical direction.
