Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant – Talent & Leadership

About the role

We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who is passionate about leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. In this position you will partner with senior business leaders to design and implement talent solutions that strengthen succession pipelines and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on client meetings, solution presentations, webinars, and thought‑leadership content.
• Work with senior executives and HR leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and develop talent, leadership, succession, and workforce strategies.
• Lead project kick‑offs, define scope, objectives, timelines and success metrics, and manage execution with clients and internal consultants.
• Design and deliver solutions in executive assessment, leadership development, succession management, organizational development, and executive coaching.
• Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and leadership discussions while ensuring client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR consulting, talent management, leadership development or organizational development.
• Prior people‑management experience (3+ years) is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
