Senior Analyst – Mastercard Academy Asia Pacific

About the role

The Senior Analyst will join Mastercard Academy’s Asia Pacific team to design, launch and manage training programmes for Mastercard customers. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality virtual and face‑to‑face learning experiences, with a special emphasis on Greater China market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics for virtual and in‑person training sessions, including venue/platform setup, registration, collateral preparation and website updates.
• Host live webinars, handle post‑event content upload, distribution and reporting.
• Maintain the Academy training calendar, tracking topics, trainers and presentation materials.
• Oversee user lifecycle on the Academy Essentials platform, including onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Respond to user inquiries and support requests related to Academy programmes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of training events.
• Support the creation of marketing and training collateral, presentations and communications for regional stakeholders.
• Assist in generating reports, dashboards and insights to monitor programme performance.
