Consultant, Client Training and Education

About the role

Mastercard Advisors is seeking a Consultant to join its Client Training & Education (CTE) team. The role focuses on designing, developing and delivering eLearning and virtual training programs that help global financial institutions and merchants adopt Mastercard platforms and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop eLearning and virtual training content for strategically important global clients.
• Gather and analyse information from multiple sources to create effective training materials.
• Apply a range of eLearning techniques to construct lessons and training resources.
• Structure and prepare training courses, presentations and on‑site education programs.
• Present draft content to stakeholders for review and incorporate feedback.
• Plan, organise and manage work to meet project budgets and timelines.
• Extract intellectual capital from engagements to enhance future training offerings.

Required profile

• Motivated to develop new eLearning content and best‑practice training.
• Ability to deliver impactful and effective training sessions.
• Strong analytical skills to collate and triangulate information.
• Excellent time‑management and project‑planning capabilities.
