Senior Accountant – Retail Finance & Treasury

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented accounting professional to join our fast‑growing, dynamic team. The role will manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and treasury activities while supporting process‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping for retail operations.
• Manage domestic and overseas vendor payments and related accounting processes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidated reports, and account reconciliation schedules.
• Handle Taiwan VAT filing and other tax activities.
• Support annual financial statement audits and audit preparation.
• Participate in annual budgeting, execution tracking, and variance analysis.
• Perform treasury activities such as bank receipts/payments, fund transfers, petty cash, and expense reimbursements.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or finance‑related roles.
• Strong written English communication, especially business email correspondence.
• Team‑oriented mindset with solid collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting systems such as SUN System.
• Experience with SAP.
