Senior Account Specialist – Lung Cancer (Oncology)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Senior Account Specialist dedicated to lung cancer within its Innovative Medicine Oncology division. Based in Taipei, the specialist will interpret sales data, build deep relationships with oncologists and hematologists, and translate market insights into actionable strategies. The role collaborates across cross‑functional teams, leverages digital tools and marketing assets, and ensures consistent delivery of the company’s branded messages to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret sales data for assigned Oncology/Hematology products in the designated geographic area.
• Develop and expand understanding of customer organizations, networks and influences affecting decisions.
• Generate key customer insights and trends for internal stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries from newly converted customers and support medical personnel.
• Coordinate with other sales representatives to align selling efforts and deliver consistent branded messages.
• Utilize available technologies, marketing assets and channels to support sales calls.
