Senior Account Manager – Taiwan

About the role

Sourceability® is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead and expand its customer portfolio across Taiwan. You will act as the primary liaison for key accounts, driving sales growth and delivering tailored electronic component solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts throughout Taiwan.
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring high‑quality service and timely issue resolution.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with outside sales, purchasing, operations, quality, and logistics teams to guarantee order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings; travel occasionally for in‑person visits.
• Provide market feedback to support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role, preferably in the electronic components industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
