Sales Specialist – North Taiwan

About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive the implementation of sales strategies for approved pharmaceutical products across North Taiwan, ensuring compliance with Ipsen standards and local regulations. You will work closely with health‑care providers, hospital systems and internal teams to generate demand and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and meet sales objectives for the assigned product portfolio and territory.
• Identify and pursue sales leads, promote products, close sales and coordinate internal logistics.
• Organise and manage sales programs and multiple priority projects.
• Implement marketing plans within the sales organization and provide strategic input to sales leadership.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key customers, opinion leaders and hospital committees.
• Develop territory‑specific plans, monitor market potential and work to increase market share.
• Ensure all activities comply with company ethics and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum two years of full‑time pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology, pediatric genetics, endocrinology or urology.
• Native Mandarin speaker with working knowledge of English; willingness to improve English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of hospital committee structures, P&T processes, DRG and reimbursement mechanisms.

Required skills

• Knowledge of oncology and pediatric endocrinology markets.
• Ability to analyse market data and develop customer‑specific territory plans.
• Proficiency in managing multiple sales projects and priorities.
