Sales Director

About the role

Logicalis is seeking a Sales Director to lead the Revenue Growth and Go‑to‑Market strategy for its Business Unit 1 in Taiwan. Reporting to the Country Managing Director, the role partners with functional leaders, vendor counterparts, and key customers to drive high‑performance sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the BU1 sales team, set quarterly and annual targets, and motivate achievement.
• Provide market direction to sales and marketing, shaping business strategy to meet evolving customer needs.
• Communicate Logicalis’s vision and value proposition to customers and vendors, strengthening the brand as a leading ICT solutions provider.
• Oversee operating and financial results against plans and budgets.
• Foster a merit‑based, high‑performance culture and support talent development and retention.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10‑15 years of experience in a solution provider, systems integrator, managed service provider or communications infrastructure environment.
• Proven track record of business development, pipeline management and sales over‑achievement, especially in manufacturing, financial services and commercial accounts.
• Strong customer management and development capabilities.
