Sales Representative – Dupixent (Central Region)

About the role

The Sales Representative for Dupixent in the Central region will promote the product to healthcare professionals, gather market intelligence, and support customers across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate product features, advantages, and benefits (FAB) effectively to gain prescribing commitment from healthcare professionals.
• Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive information to support business strategies.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with strong product knowledge and effective communication skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in CENTRIX, including maintaining up-to-date customer records and digital reports.
• Develop and execute territory call plans aligned with targeting priorities in CENTRIX.
• Collaborate with colleagues by sharing knowledge, best practices, and experiences.
• Support the supervisor in resolving territory and market-related issues, including product listing activities.
• Monitor and report competitor activities, market trends, and generic product developments within the assigned territory.
• Organize and deliver product presentations and educational activities for customers.
• Submit daily activity reports accurately and within the required timelines.
• Execute promotional campaigns and initiatives in accordance with the Marketing Department's plans.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
