Growth Manager – Crypto Exchange

About the role

OKX is seeking a Growth Manager to deliver concierge‑level support to top‑tier crypto clients in Taiwan. You will act as the main point of contact, provide rapid issue resolution, and proactively share market insights and platform tips. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, risk and compliance teams, and representing the brand at exclusive events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide concierge‑level service, rapid response to client issues, and proactive guidance on market trends and platform usage.
• Manage a portfolio of top‑tier clients, advocating for their needs internally and ensuring timely satisfaction.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive client growth and a seamless experience.
• Represent OKX at exclusive events to strengthen loyalty and attract new business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of growth or operations experience in the cryptocurrency space.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• Effective communication skills and a strong sense of urgency.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
