RPO Recruiter – Semiconductor (Hsinchu, Taiwan)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter to join Korn Ferry’s RPO team in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The recruiter will partner closely with business stakeholders and guide them through the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for semiconductor and manufacturing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from role briefing to offer stage.
• Build strong partnerships with business areas and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop recruitment strategies with a focus on diversity in shortlists.
• Utilise direct sourcing tools and technology to create quality candidate pipelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and propose alternative solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment (in‑house, agency or RPO).
• Familiarity with semiconductor or manufacturing recruitment (other industries welcome).
• Strong stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to delegate parts of the process.
• Interest and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced service environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing needs and support a broad range of stakeholders.
• Workable English proficiency.
