Retail Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Retail Operations Coordinator will support L'OREAL Taiwan’s retail strategy and new store openings for the Aesop brand. Acting as the first point of contact for internal retail enquiries, the role provides administrative assistance, training, and project coordination to store and retail business managers across Taiwan and the global team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory using retail inventory systems, allocate dispatch of campaign materials, and support product delivery during peak seasons.
• Manage Cegid system and weekly store orders, collaborating with supply chain to ensure timely product supply.
• Plan and allocate resources for ANSP, MOSP, and deluxe sample programmes.
• Integrate store action plans, track key product performance, monthly sales, and cycle counts.
• Handle retail support queries related to banking, utilities, stationery, security, and invoice processing.
• Provide administrative support to Taiwan retail teams, ensuring compliance with Global Operational Guidelines.
• Assist Retail Development with urgent maintenance issues and support new store openings, including account set‑up and on‑site coordination.
• Maintain regular communication with Taiwan and global retail teams, produce weekly bulletins, and coordinate operational requirements for store events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail or sales operations coordination.
• Strong multitasking ability and capacity to meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Fluent English communication to liaise between global, project, and Taiwan teams.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and passion for Aesop’s retail environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with the Cegid retail management system.
