职位概况
我们正在寻找具备三年以上行业经验的招募顾问，负责了解客户招聘需求并提供全流程寻才服务，维护客户与人才的长期合作关系，实现三方共赢。
主要职责
- 与客户沟通，明确招聘岗位需求。
- 进行人才搜索、面试及后续效果追踪。
- 开发陌生客户及人才，拓展业务渠道。
- 维护并深化客户与人才的合作关系。
任职要求
- 三年以上营销、客户服务、财务会计、供应链管理或人力资源等相关工作经验。
- 具备亲和力、正向思考、团队合作及绩效导向的工作态度。
- 沟通能力强，能够与专业经理人互动。
